The servepro team did a great job. I chose them on suggestion from my insurer when my home had a flood on the first and second floors. They showed up quickly and set up an impressive array of fans and dehumidifiers. They ran this continuously for several days which dried the home. SERVPRO was my first call when I discovered my flooded basement - due to a malfunctioning sump pump. I rec'd a call almost immediately from Becky at SERVPRO and she walked me through the steps of contacting a plumber and my insurance PLUS scheduled to come out the next day to assess the damage and determine our needs. She kept in close contact throughout the process of cleaning and drying the basement and then scheduling the crew to pick up the equipment. Kudos to Becky and her team for a job well-done - two thumbs up from this happy customer! 

After a relief valve broke on our boiler, 3” of water filled our basement. While we were able to remove the standing water ourselves, all of the carpets were ruined, the walls were wet, and the personal property was scattered throughout the basement. Serve Pro came in like a white knight and organized everything and took care of it all. Now my basement is dry and ready for new carpet and the walls are washed and disinfected. So no mold. Fast, polite, friendly and supportive. Couldn’t have gone better.

My experience with SERVPRO was very positive. Around the week before Christmas we had a tree come down on our roof causing sever water damage inside our home. SERVPRO walked us through the entire process and was accommodating to our timeline. Becky, our project manager, was communicative and available at any time. She went above and beyond even coming out on the weekend to check in on things and make sure we were being taken care of. The crew was courteous and cleaned up any messes that were made during the removal/addition of new insulation. Very happy with the service provided.

Excellent service. The project manager, Rory, was great. Contacted me on the same day I called in and arranged to have a crew show up the same day to get rid of the water and start the process of cleanup. He carefully explanined the whole process to me, gave me his cell number and said to call day or night if I had questions. The crew, Artie and John, were also great. They finished the initial clean up quickly. Today, they did the clean up of everything in the room, did the demolition of the floor and dry wall. They did a great job; couldn't have asked for anything better. I can recomemd SERVPRO of the Seacoast without reservation!

Sump pump stopped working and ended up with water in basement. Had a lot of boxes from my recent move that got wet and needed to be repacked with fresh boxes. SERVPRO was at my house within 2 hours assessing the situation and had a team soon after drying basement and helping with repacking wet boxes. Everyone was helpful and professional.

Our family experienced severe water damage requiring removal of dry wall and insulation from the ceiling and walls, removal of wood flooring and remodel repairs. The team came out, was professional and explained the process, what to expect and coordinated and completed all the repairs we needed. They were very detailed. The SERVPRO mitigation team to the remodel team and coordination were great to work with. Our wood floor install is beautiful! Having everything look so good now and back to normal is such a relief!

I had a massive emergency last night when my sump pump broke. Over a foot of water in my basement. I called and Kristin immediately called me back. Within a half hour they showed up at my house. Kristin the project manager and Adam and Jeff. They stayed for hours to help and maintain the water being pumped out. Today Kristin promptly called me and came with Damian to re-evaluate the situation. This team is a amazing team, went above and beyond what needed to be done. Cameron, Becky, Justin, and the rest of the crew were amazing when we had a water issue from an upstairs bathroom. First of all, Cameron was incredibly responsive when we called. He was at our house on a Friday evening within 25 minutes. He then had a team there right after him. They set up all the drying fans and dehumidifiers in record time. They were so incredibly kind and patient with all of our many questions. They explained everything in detail to us. The entire crew was so professional. They had to remove a significant amount of drywall in our home office as well as our garage and they were great! They took care of everything from moving furniture and cabinets to cleaning up. The place was left spotless. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them during a very stressful time. Just simply amazing. I have to say I was surprised at how easy you made this look.  You cleaned up a monumental mess in no time that I wasn't sure we would ever fully recover from.  The bathroom looks as good as new.

When we had a water pipe burst in the laundry room our insurance agent recommended SERVPRO.
