Arti, Allen, Rory and the rest of the team went above and beyond restoring our 200 year old water damaged attic. It definitely wasn’t an easy job removing blown in insulation, scrubbing down the entire attic for mold remediation and reconstruction. Each and everyone of them were friendly, professional and informative no matter the task that was put before them. Their dedication is unmatched making sure not to cut any corners. I’d recommend them to anyone who cares about their home and only wants the best job done. I especially appreciate the fact they took the time to explain what they were doing and point out other factors in the attic that will increase the longevity of our home. As new homeowners we’ll take any advice we can get. Rory was also spectacular in working with us on creating budgets that would align with our insurance policy which did involve some back and forth. After a very humid summer and no AC in my house, mold grew on my dining room ceiling. Rory was quick to respond with inspection including checking for sources of moisture through the rest of the house. He found none, thank goodness. The mitigation team was considerate , timely and thorough

Had an issue with black mold in a utility closet that had flooded. SERVPRO was very responsive, worked very quickly, and cleaned up beautifully. Would certainly recommend for any mold/water remediation!

Excellent Crew!! The project manager, Nick was very helpful & compassionate. He contacted us the same day our claim was filed and came out to review the damage. He communicated everything to our insurance company and relayed the information to his team so we did not have any additional stress added to our plate. He explained the whole process to us so we understood exactly the next step. The crew, Artie and his team were also great. They were professional and respectful at all times while the were in our home. They did a fantastic job at removing the floors, dry wall & mold in the affected ares. They did a great job - it was not easy.. it was hot and messy yet they continued to smile everyday.. I recommend SERVPRO of the Seacoast for any water damage you have !!
