I used SERVPRO twice in last few months to deal with biohazard clean and a general clean that included taking care of a smoke smell. Project Manager Becky was amazing! She did what she said she would do, whether it was sending a revised estimate when I added items, calling me back with info, or making sure the property was exactly as promised. She knows her stuff and she has high expectations of her team (which they met). Overall wonderful experience with this company. I was very surprised to learn of the wide variety of jobs they can take care of. We started out with quite a disaster and they came thru and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them!
