Mold Damage Remediation in Hampton

A leak in the roof of a Hampton home can lead to an eventual mold infestation and rotting building materials. The Before Photo shows OSB, oriented strand board, often used as an exterior building element, damaged from water and mold. SERVPRO can open up the visibly damaged area to expose the extent of the mold damage and also to allow access for treatment. We can remove the window framing, seal the opening with 12-mil poly sheeting, and clean up and remove the damaged cellulose products. The roof leak must be patched to prevent further dripping and water wicking before this mold remediation job can be completed with antimicrobial spraying to kill any remaining dormant or active spores and fungi.
