Fire Damage – Portsmouth Home

Fire Damage to this Portsmouth home began in the kitchen which is shown in the before photo. The kitchen was the most severely damaged in the fire. When SERVPRO of The Seacoast is called in for damage of this nature, we would begin with Inspection and fire damage assessment. If necessary, we would place tarps on sections of roofing that had been damaged and board up any broken windows. Water damage cleanup caused by the firefighting efforts would come next followed by removing any and all of the debris and building materials which could not be restored. The drying phase would come next with the use of commercial air movers and dehumidifiers. The soot and smoke damage would be cleaned throughout the house and the air cleansed and sanitized.
